Impulse Physical Therapy is a Buffalo sports PT practice rooted in Western New York. We are not a franchise. We are not a corporate chain. We are a Depew-based clinic built by Dr. Alex Peters, WNY's only Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, with the goal of bringing elite-level sports physical therapy to athletes and active adults of all ages across Buffalo and the surrounding region.

Dr. Peters works directly with Canisius University's NCAA Division I student athletes, providing post-surgical rehabilitation and return-to-sport care at the collegiate level. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the Kinesiology Department, bringing that same depth of clinical expertise back into the classroom.

Impulse PT is located inside Quantum Conditioning and Wellness in Depew, NY, one of Western New York's premier performance facilities. This gives our patients access to elite-level care and training under the same roof, with a seamless path from rehabilitation back to full athletic performance.
